An ex–Navy Aide-De-Camp (A.D.C.) and Personal Assistant to his uncle, Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj, as well as his grandfather, Almarhum Sultan Hisamudin Alam Shah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Alauddin Sulaiman Shah — the second Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia.
He is currently the Selangor Palace Major Chief (Orang Besar Istana). He has been appointed as a Royal Council Member of Selangor Council of the Royal Court for 6 terms since 2007
Tengku Putra Al-Haj brings extensive experience across civil construction, property development, as well as the design and manufacturing of specialized vehicles such as fire engines and ambulances.
He currently serves as the Chairman of the Sultan Abdul Aziz Royal Gallery in Selangor and is one of the pioneers and founding figures of Agensi Pekerjaan Kami Innovasi Sdn. Bhd.

With over 20 years of distinguished service in the Royal Malaysian Police (Polis Diraja Malaysia, PDRM), Dr. Sukumaran retired as an Assistant Superintendent of Police (Special Branch). He is also an honorary member of the Ex-Senior Malaysian Immigration Officers Association.
A visionary leader with more than 35 years of experience in the manpower industry, Dr.Sukumaran N. K. Nair is the Founder and Director of Agensi Pekerjaan Kami Innovasi Sdn. Bhd. (APKI). His leadership is defined by discipline, integrity, and innovation — values that reflect his deep-rooted principles from national service.
Dr. Sukumaran maintains strong connections with foreign recruitment agencies and country embassies in the respective source countries, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance in all international recruitment processes.
He personally oversees the company’s operations to maintain the highest standards of service quality. His relentless drive to improve, expand, and uphold excellence has been pivotal in establishing APKI as one of Malaysia’s most trusted and respected names in the recruitment and manpower industry.

Mr. Sankaran is a qualified Electrical and Electronic Engineer with nearly a decade of experience in the manpower and recruitment industry. His professional background spans sales, marketing, and recruitment operations, covering both foreign and local workforce solutions.
He brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, including professional hiring, and has gained valuable experience working with a leading multinational recruitment company, where he developed strong operational and client-management skills.
As Chief Executive Officer, he drives the company’s growth, strategic direction, and innovation. He oversees day-to-day operations while leading the sales, marketing, and finance divisions to ensure efficiency, synergy, and service excellence across all departments.
